Our take
I got the ViewSonic VX3276-MHD for a budget setup, and the IPS panel offers decent colors for the price. The 32-inch size is nice, but at 1080p, everything looks a bit pixelated. The 4 ms response time is okay for casual gaming, but the 250 cd/m² brightness is only adequate indoors. The lack of HDMI or built-in speakers is a downside, as you'll need an adapter or external audio. For the low price, it's a functional monitor, but I'd recommend spending a bit more for a better experience.
